Svara21 is a multiplayer card game developed by Gamodroid. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Authenticate your account and provide access to the game
• Save and restore your game progress across sessions
• Display your name and avatar to other players during multiplayer games
• Maintain leaderboards and rankings
• Process in-app purchases (payment data is handled entirely by Google Play)

3. Third-Party Services

Svara21 uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Games Services — for authentication and player identity (Google Privacy Policy)
• Firebase Authentication — as a backup authentication method (Firebase Privacy)
• Google Play Billing — for processing in-app purchases. We never collect or store your payment information directly.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your display name and profile photo are visible to other players during gameplay. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Children's Privacy

Svara21 is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. In-App Purchases

Svara21 offers in-app purchases for virtual chips. All payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or payment details. Chips purchased are virtual items with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent by uninstalling the game and contacting us

For EU/EEA residents: you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
